and why?

One thing, Microsoft has existing relationships with almost every small business in the country. The question, could they leverage that relationship to gain an advantage in online local advertising.

They will really have to change the culture of that side of the business.  I am afraid they will run it into the ground.

Yahoo outpaces Google in some markets.  MS could easily lose that lead unless they are serious about running Yahoo.
