Here's a great Thai resort and retirement destination. Very popular these days among wealthy foreigners.

The site looks very well on the eye , Maybe you should try and find a affiliate that offers services in the Thai language ( cant remember if hotel club does ).  And then i say from there just work on getting some good backlinks.

Thanks for the advice Genius. Yes Hotelclub does indeed have Thai hotels. They have an API that's better than their competitors too although there's plenty of room for improvement. Other than that one exception there are just no Thai affiliates I've found. No Adsense support either. No way to monetize these domain yet, so I just build 'em and wait. Like you said, I should focus on backlinks.

Very nice job.  There seem to be a few RSS feeds in Thai that might help you temporarily fill out the News section.   What do you want to do with the Real Estate section?

I believe that adsense will soon support Thai ads.  I see a lot Thai ads on parked pages, so it really shouldn't be long before you will be able to get them.  Remember the days when almost nothing had ads in Thai?  Not that long ago.  Adsense busted out a lot of languages at once.  Keep the faith.

Hope this helps: http://www.asiamedia.ucla.edu/article.asp?parentid=61951

from your mouth to Eric Schmidt's ear...

I played with a few Thai feeds, and they'll do in a pinch. Most are on unreliable hosts, tend to have plenty of invalid markup problems and such, etc. No idea what to do with real estate section, I think I'm gonna replace with something else. I built this in a big hurry and made some questionable decisions along the way. Luckily it's not real property; I can go back and keep re-building it.
