Dallas is reportedly to have the largest amount of restaurants per capita.
I recently picked this up, for development. Any ideas/suggestions?

Are you local to that area?
Do write-ups on all of the restaurants, possibly allow user generated reviews/comments. If you're local go meet with all of the top restaurants. Maybe feature local chef interviews or restaurant owner reviews. Get content out there so you start to get picked up in the search engines.

I appreciate the response. I am located in Dallas, and am looking to implement reviews. Chef/owner interviews is a good idea...

I talked to the old owner right after he had bought this...he didnt know at the time how much he wanted for it...any clues?
Is this a "one of" or are you planning on getting more restaurant names?
