Per DNJournal's July cover story on Skip Hoagland, who said that the city of Myrtle Beach and the city's Chamber of Commerce sued him in an effort to take the MyrtleBeach.com from him, I would like to get some feedback from our in-house experts whether owners/operators of geodomains (developed and/or parked) need to place some sort of disclaimer on their geodomain sites saying that their sites are not affiliated/connected with the city/city government/chamber of commerce/state etc?

Please advise.

Thanks.
