I think that these would be useful as TV programming information sites.  If you want to go the video ad route, it might make more sense to go for city name plus 'video' or something like that.  Of course, any decent two-word combo can be a good brandable.  These are much better than some of the sad names I see on billboards and drop lists every day. 

Myrtle Beach TV is an actual program on Fox, it seems.

Hi,

IMHO, I love .tv geos or other wise. With IPTV use on the rise it's a natural. I was watching a video of T.Boone Pickering on you tube and noticed in the back ground on his big screen tv his web site or maybe it was his you tube video.......for a .tver it caught my eye. It's here now and only growing according to emarketer.com.

Hopefully this means

agre.tv - atlanta georgia real estate
dtre.tv - dallas texas real estate
ntre.tv - nashville tennessee real estate
dmre.tv - Detroit Michigan real estate ..........and a few others will be highly valued.
