Is there a way you can add a "new Posts" button/Link

Just there is no easy way to find new posts, Or is there.

Scroll all the way down to the bottom on the front page. Shows last user to register, last post, and then a link below that which shows all the posts in reverse sequential order. I always just go there vs checking out every thread.
